The neighborhood yard sale will be May 4th. This event will be publicized throughout McKinney and surrounding cities. Last year I received lots of questions when I advertised asking for addresses of houses participating. Because our neighborhood is so big it’s difficult for people to just drive through. To try to increase costumers I’ve created a google doc. Please complete with address where yard sale will be located, the times you plan to be open and lastly the types of items you plan to have; for example: clothes, baby items, tools, household items, furniture etc.

Every home participating must also get a permit from the city of McKinney. Here is the link to request a permit
